Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, including images of the product. We will gladly send out a replacement order or issue a full refund.

Items Lost in Transit

By ordering from us, you agree to our shipping times. While most orders are delivered within the posted time frames, external factors such as customs inspections can occasionally cause delays. If your order exceeds our displayed time frame by 10 business days, please contact us. We will gladly send out a replacement order or issue a full refund.

Returns

Our return policy is firm due to the customization of each dress. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is "not as described" or the wrong size or color is sent. Customers have 3 days to request a return, and the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for shipping costs, and there may be a restocking fee. Customized items cannot be returned if they have been altered from the standard sizes.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only accepted within 2 days of receiving the product, and only for items that are not as described or if the wrong size or color is sent. We do not accept returns.

Lost or Stolen Packages

PalestinianElegance.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery details, including the address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Final Sale on Discounted Items

All sales are final on discounted items, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for these purchases.
