Palestinian Flag Pin: A Symbol of Support and Independence

If you look at the other reviews, there is another from me. I originally ordered a kuffiyeh and this pin, but only received hthe kuffiyeh. I did not originally get a response from the customer service email, but eventually I did and they just refunded the pin and did not offer to send a new one initially. This was slightly annoying because if I wanted to order the pin again, I would've had to pay the shipping again, even though it was not my fault that I did not receive the pin I ordered in my initial order. After I left a 1 star review (before they had even refunded me) Palestinian Elegance reached out to me and offered to send two pins for free. They did send those pins and I received both of them! I appreciate that this goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service, but it seems like you have to leave a negative review first before they will give that level of customer service, as it took a lot longer to get a response from the email and they did not offer as good of solutions over email. I am glad to have received both pins and that I got both for free due to the mistake though; that is great customer service. The pins were a little bit smaller than I was expecting, but not too big of a deal and they are still nice pins!
