🚫 Defective or Damaged Products
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receiving it. Be sure to include clear photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
📦 Items Lost in Transit
Shipping delays can happen due to external factors like customs. If your package is delayed by more than 10 business days beyond our posted delivery window, please reach out — we will offer a replacement or full refund without hesitation.
↩️ Returns
Because most of our garments are tailored or customized, we have a strict return policy. Returns are only accepted if the item is not as described, or the wrong size or color was delivered. Return requests must be made within 2 days of receipt, and items must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. A restocking fee may apply. Items altered from standard sizes are non-returnable.
🔁 Exchanges
We accept exchanges only if the item is not as described or the wrong color/size was sent. Requests must be made within 2 days of delivery. We do not offer general exchanges or accept returns.
📬 Lost or Stolen Packages
PalestinianElegance.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that show as “delivered.” If your package is missing, we will provide tracking details and shipment confirmation so you can investigate with the carrier.
