At Palestinian Elegance, your satisfaction is our priority. Please review the details below to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
🚫 Defective or Damaged Products
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receiving it. Be sure to include clear photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. This policy applies even to Final Sale items.
📦 Items Lost in Transit
Shipping delays can happen due to external factors like customs. If your package is delayed by more than 10 business days beyond our posted delivery window, please reach out — we will offer a replacement or full refund without hesitation.

Because most of our garments are tailored or customized, we have a strict return policy.

Standard Returns (Non-Sale/Non-Discounted Items): Returns are only accepted if the item is not as described, or the wrong size or color was delivered (our error).

Return requests must be made within 2 days of receipt.

Items must be: Unworn and in original condition, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

For approved returns, you can only get store credit or exchange it for a different product.

Fees: There is a $6 fee for the return label and a $6 fee for a new shipping label. The total return shipping cost will be "varies on location."

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. A restocking fee may apply. Items altered from standard sizes are non-returnable.

Blessed Friday 50% Off Sale Items: All sales are final. Returns are not accepted for general reasons (e.g., fit/sizing issues or change of mind). Returns are only accepted under the Defective or Damaged Products policy above.

We accept exchanges only if the item is not as described or the wrong color/size was sent (our error). Requests must be made within 2 days of delivery.

All discounted or sale items are final sale. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted for these purchases, except as explicitly stated under the Defective or Damaged Products policy (our 2-Day Gesture Policy).
📬 Lost or Stolen Packages
PalestinianElegance.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that show as “delivered.” If your package is missing, we will provide tracking details and shipment confirmation so you can investigate with the carrier. We will help file a claim.
