This is the best experience I have ever had with any Thobe business! The level of professionalism as well as caring and kindness from this company/ owner was beyond my expectations. I had a thobe business cancel on me two months before my henna, and I was scrambling and stressed I wasn’t going to find a thobe I loved. Saw a tiktok about this store, and it's other location, and this one was closest to where my plans were for the day. The ladies were so kind and helpful and let me try on a few things before I decided on my purchase. So so many beautiful pieces to choose from, and even a children's section! I cannot say enough good things about this business!! I live in California and was recommended this place by family who live in Texas. I needed some last-minute items for a family wedding and needed a place that offered a variety of selection, so I found some items on their website and booked next day shipping on a Sunday night (mind you I needed the items by Wednesday afternoon). The shipments were promptly handed over to UPS on Monday and customer service was so excellent with very prompt responses to me, letting me know the items had been shipped. When I didn’t get one of the boxes in time because of UPS delays, Palestinian Elegance actually reached out to UPS for me to get me my expedited shipping refunded. It is so incredibly rare to find a business that takes the time to treat their customers right — PE was so amazing, kind and helpful. If this is not a reflection of the heart and spirit of Palestinian culture, I don’t know what it is. Not to mention their products are absolutely gorgeous. Very high quality, incredible detail and such great value for what you pay. Highly recommend!
