Saw a tiktok about this store, and it's other location, and this one was closest to where my plans were for the day. The ladies were so kind and helpful and let me try on a few things before I decided on my purchase. So so many beautiful pieces to choose from, and even a children's section! I cannot say enough good things about this business!! I live in California and was recommended this place by family who live in Texas. I needed some last-minute items for a family wedding and needed a place that offered a variety of selection, so I found some items on their website and booked next day shipping on a Sunday night (mind you I needed the items by Wednesday afternoon). The shipments were promptly handed over to UPS on Monday and customer service was so excellent with very prompt responses to me, letting me know the items had been shipped. When I didn’t get one of the boxes in time because of UPS delays, Palestinian Elegance actually reached out to UPS for me to get me my expedited shipping refunded. It is so incredibly rare to find a business that takes the time to treat their customers right — PE was so amazing, kind and helpful. If this is not a reflection of the heart and spirit of Palestinian culture, I don’t know what it is. Not to mention their products are absolutely gorgeous. Very high quality, incredible detail and such great value for what you pay. Highly recommend!

Jumana embroidered dress is BEAUTIFUL!

I'm so glad the shipping was fast. I am in LOVE with my dress. The fabric is sturdy but not too heavy. It's soft and smooth on the inside. Plenty of room to layer underneath if it's cold, but not too dense to overheat when it's hot outside.

The embroidery and satin details are even more breathtaking in person. It's a little longer than I thought it would be — it's listed as 59" inches and I'm 62" but I will need to get it hemmed. Still, I love the floor-sweeping effect, and the bell sleeves are perfect.

I think I'll order from this shop again when I next need an outfit for a formal occasion.

Quite likeable scent profile

Very good scent. I prefer this over Liquid Brun Limited Edition. There has a slight similarity with Liquid Brun except that this is more wearable and light in the heart. It is quite elegant but it's not as potent or loud as other fragrances in it's category. I think it is perfect for date night. I prefer Qasida Sahm and Al Badr over this. OBTW, this seller is legit and they packaged and shipped this product nicely. No issues. Happy with the purchase.

Look, I will happily go bankrupt buying from this store. I ordered 2 women’s thobes and one for my 8 year old daughter. Stunning! We get compliments everywhere we go and my daughter felt like a princess. Prices were great, quality is great, shipping was fast. If it helps anyone with questions about sizing, I wear a US size 4 /small sometimes x-small and the size 1 thobe is a little bit loose on me, but nothing I can’t fix with the belt that came with it. I do wish there wear more options in size 0, though. I will be buying again and I’ve already told my friends!
