SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At Palestinian Elegance, we work to process and ship orders as quickly and securely as possible. Please review this Shipping & Delivery Policy before placing your order.

Before proceeding to checkout, customers are required to acknowledge that they have read and understood our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after the order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed.

During periods of high order volume, holidays, major sales, product launches, or other peak periods, processing may take up to 6 business days.

Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time. Delivery estimates begin after the order has been dispatched to the shipping carrier.

Business days generally exclude weekends and recognized holidays.

If an item requires customization, alteration, special preparation, or is identified as a preorder or made-to-order item, additional processing time may apply as disclosed on the applicable product page or communicated to the customer.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

After your order has been dispatched, estimated carrier transit times are generally:

United States: 2–7 business days

Canada: 7–15 business days

Australia: 7–15 business days

Europe: 7–15 business days

Other International Destinations: 7–15 business days

These are estimated transit times and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless a specific guaranteed shipping service expressly states otherwise.

Processing time should be added to the estimated carrier transit time when estimating the total time from order placement to delivery.

HIGH-DEMAND & PEAK PERIODS

During periods of unusually high demand, major promotions, holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances affecting fulfillment or transportation, processing or delivery may take longer than usual.

We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of significant delays.

If we determine that we cannot ship an order within an applicable promised shipment timeframe, we will handle the delay, cancellation options, and any required refund in accordance with applicable law.

TRACKING INFORMATION

When tracking is available, customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information after the order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and delivery status.

Tracking information may take time to update after a shipping label is created or after the carrier initially receives the package.

A shipping label being created does not necessarily mean that the carrier has already physically accepted or scanned the package.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Any delivery date displayed at checkout, provided by a shipping carrier, or included in tracking information is generally an estimate unless expressly identified as guaranteed.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside Palestinian Elegance's direct control, including:

• Carrier delays or disruptions
• Severe weather
• Holidays and peak shipping periods
• Customs or border processing
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Failed delivery attempts
• Local delivery disruptions
• International transportation delays

Palestinian Elegance cannot guarantee carrier-controlled delivery dates for non-guaranteed shipping services.

This does not affect any rights customers may have under applicable law.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

When expedited shipping options are available, the selected service generally refers to the carrier's transit service after the order has been processed and transferred to the carrier, unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

Selecting expedited shipping does not automatically eliminate normal order processing time.

If a specific expedited service includes a guaranteed delivery commitment, that commitment is subject to the applicable carrier's terms, limitations, and exceptions.

Expedited shipping charges that have already been performed are generally non-refundable, except when required by applicable law or when otherwise appropriate due to a verified error by Palestinian Elegance.

CUSTOMER SHIPPING ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Before submitting your order, please carefully verify:

• Recipient name
• Street address
• Apartment, suite, or unit number
• City and state/province
• ZIP or postal code
• Country
• Contact information

If you discover an address error, contact us immediately at admin@palestinianelegance.com.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist before shipment, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered fulfillment or has been transferred to the carrier.

Orders returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address supplied by the customer may require additional shipping charges before being resent.

PACKAGES MARKED DELIVERED

When carrier tracking shows a package as Delivered, customers who cannot locate the package should promptly:

• Check the delivery location and surrounding property
• Check with household members
• Check with neighbors when appropriate
• Review any available delivery photograph or carrier notification
• Contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery information

If the package still cannot be located, contact Palestinian Elegance promptly.

We can provide available tracking and shipment documentation and assist with an eligible carrier investigation or claim where appropriate.

Carrier tracking, delivery scans, delivery photographs, signature confirmation, GPS information when available, and other carrier documentation may be used when investigating a reported missing delivery.

Each claim will be reviewed based on the available evidence and applicable law.

LOST PACKAGES

A package is not automatically considered lost solely because tracking has temporarily stopped updating or because delivery is later than originally estimated.

If tracking indicates that a shipment may be significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us so that we can investigate with the carrier.

If the carrier confirms that a shipment was lost in transit, Palestinian Elegance will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or refund depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

Please allow reasonable time for carrier investigations and claims to be completed.

STOLEN PACKAGES

If tracking confirms successful delivery but the package is believed to have been stolen after delivery, please contact us promptly.

Customers may also be asked to cooperate with the carrier, local authorities, property management, or other appropriate parties when investigating suspected theft.

Palestinian Elegance will provide available shipping and delivery documentation and reasonable assistance with an eligible carrier claim.

A report of theft after confirmed delivery does not automatically establish that the shipment was lost in transit or that Palestinian Elegance failed to fulfill the order.

Each situation will be reviewed individually based on available evidence and applicable law.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, CUSTOMS & DUTIES

International shipments may be subject to:

• Customs inspections
• Import duties
• Taxes
• Brokerage charges
• Clearance delays
• Other fees imposed by the destination country

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, and other charges imposed by their country or local authorities.

Customs processing is controlled by government authorities and carriers and may cause delays outside Palestinian Elegance's control.

Estimated international shipping times do not include unexpected customs or clearance delays.

Customers are responsible for complying with applicable import requirements in their destination country.

REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

If a customer refuses delivery or fails to claim a shipment and the package is returned to Palestinian Elegance, the order will be reviewed once the merchandise is received back.

Where permitted by applicable law, shipping charges, return-to-sender costs, customs charges, or other costs resulting from an unclaimed or refused shipment may be deducted from any applicable refund or charged before reshipment, unless the refusal resulted from a verified error by Palestinian Elegance.

Merchandise must be returned to us before an applicable refund or reshipment can be completed.

DAMAGED PACKAGES OR ITEMS

If your package or merchandise arrives visibly damaged, contact Palestinian Elegance within 2 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

Please retain:

• The merchandise
• Original packaging
• Shipping box or mailer
• Shipping label
• Product tags

Provide clear photographs showing the package and reported damage.

Do not discard, wear, wash, alter, repair, or independently return damaged merchandise while your claim is under review.

Verified damaged or defective merchandise will be handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy, where our primary resolution is generally to replace or correct the affected item when reasonably possible.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS BEFORE SHIPMENT

If you need to request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing, customization, fulfillment, or shipment.

If we are able to cancel an eligible order before fulfillment, any applicable refund will be processed according to the circumstances and our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Customized, altered, special-order, made-to-order, and final-sale merchandise may have additional cancellation restrictions once processing or work has begun.

SHIPPING DELAYS & CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION

If we become aware of a significant fulfillment or shipping issue affecting your order, we may contact you using the email address or contact information provided with the order.

Customers should ensure that their contact information is accurate and monitor order-related communications.

When required by applicable law, customers will be provided appropriate options regarding qualifying shipment delays, including cancellation and refund rights where applicable.

POLICY ACKNOWLEDGMENT

Before proceeding to checkout, customers are required to confirm that they have read and understood our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

When the required acknowledgment is completed, Palestinian Elegance records the following with the corresponding order:

“Accepted — Shipping & Delivery Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy”

This acknowledgment documents that the customer was presented with and acknowledged the applicable policies as part of the ordering process.

Policy acknowledgment does not waive or restrict any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

SHIPPING EVIDENCE & PAYMENT DISPUTES

In the event of a delivery claim, payment dispute, or chargeback, Palestinian Elegance may provide relevant documentation to the payment provider or financial institution, including where applicable:

• Order confirmation
• Customer's recorded policy acknowledgment
• Shipping address supplied at checkout
• Fulfillment date
• Carrier and tracking information
• Carrier acceptance scans
• Delivery confirmation
• Signature confirmation when available
• Delivery photographs when available
• Customer communications
• Carrier investigation or claim information

Shopify specifically identifies tracking, delivery confirmation, customer communications, and policies agreed to at checkout as useful evidence when responding to disputes.

Nothing in this policy prevents a customer from exercising rights available under applicable law.

SHIPPING PROTECTION — LOST IN TRANSIT ONLY

If Shipping Protection is purchased with your order, it covers only packages confirmed lost in transit while in the shipping carrier's possession before delivery.

Shipping Protection does not cover products or packages stolen after delivery, including porch theft. Theft after delivery is not considered a loss in transit.

To report a package that may be lost in transit, contact admin@palestinianelegance.com with your order number and tracking information. Please refer to the Lost Packages section above for the investigation process.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At Palestinian Elegance, we take pride in the quality, craftsmanship, and care that goes into our products. We want every order to arrive as expected and encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, shipping terms, and this Returns & Refunds Policy before placing an order.

Before proceeding to checkout, customers are required to acknowledge that they have read and understood our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, materially defective, or you receive an incorrect item, size, or color due to an error by Palestinian Elegance, please contact us within 2 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

Email admin@palestinianelegance.com with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs showing the entire item
• Close-up photographs of the reported damage or defect
• Photographs of the tags and packaging when applicable

Please keep the merchandise, original tags, and packaging while your claim is being reviewed.

Once a claim has been reviewed and verified, Palestinian Elegance will determine the most appropriate resolution. Our preferred resolutions are:

• Replacement of the affected item
• Correction of the order
• Store credit

A report of damage, defect, or an incorrect item does not automatically qualify for a refund. When a replacement, correction, or store credit reasonably resolves the issue, Palestinian Elegance may provide that resolution instead.

If the original item is unavailable, we may provide an equivalent replacement or issue store credit equal to the value of the affected item.

Refunds will only be issued when required by applicable law or when Palestinian Elegance determines that no other reasonable resolution is available.

Customers may be required to return the affected merchandise before any replacement, store credit, or other resolution is completed. When the issue is confirmed to have resulted from our error, we will provide return instructions and cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Please do not wear, wash, alter, repair, discard, or independently return an item while your claim is under review. Doing so may affect our ability to verify the issue.

RETURNS

Because many of our products include specialty designs, embroidery, limited inventory, or occasion wear, we maintain a limited return policy.

Unless otherwise stated on the individual product page, returns of non-sale merchandise are generally accepted only when:

• The item received materially differs from its product description; or
• Palestinian Elegance shipped an incorrect item, size, or color.

Return requests must be submitted within 2 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

Contacting us about an issue does not automatically mean that a return has been approved. Our team must review the request and provide return authorization and instructions.

All approved returns must be:

• Unworn
• Unused
• Unwashed
• Unaltered
• Free from perfume, smoke, makeup, deodorant, stains, pet hair, or other signs of use
• In original condition
• Accompanied by all original tags and applicable packaging
• Returned according to the instructions provided by Palestinian Elegance

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or may not qualify for the originally approved resolution.

DO NOT SEND MERCHANDISE BACK WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION.

Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender.

SIZING AND FIT

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, available measurements, size charts, and sizing information before placing an order.

Please contact us before ordering if you need assistance selecting a size.

An item is not considered defective or incorrect solely because it does not fit as expected when:

• The customer received the size that was ordered; and
• The item materially corresponds with the measurements or sizing information provided for that product.

Personal fit preferences and differences in individual body proportions can affect how a garment fits.

Ordering an incorrect size, changing your mind about the selected size, or personal fit preference is not considered an error by Palestinian Elegance.

Nothing in this section limits remedies that may be required when an item materially differs from its advertised measurements or description.

HANDCRAFTED & EMBROIDERED PRODUCTS

Many Palestinian Elegance garments feature embroidery, handcrafted details, specialty fabrics, or artisanal construction.

Because of the nature of handcrafted products, minor variations in embroidery placement, stitching, pattern positioning, color tone, texture, or other handmade details may occur between individual pieces.

Reasonable variations inherent to handcrafted production are not necessarily considered defects.

If you believe a variation materially affects the quality or means the product does not match its description, contact us within 2 calendar days of delivery so we can review it.

CUSTOMIZED, ALTERED & SPECIAL-ORDER ITEMS

Items that are:

• Made to custom measurements
• Personalized
• Specially altered
• Modified at the customer's request
• Specially ordered specifically for the customer

are FINAL SALE and generally cannot be returned or exchanged.

An exception applies when such an item arrives materially damaged, materially defective, incorrect due to our error, or materially different from the customization or specifications agreed upon.

SALE, DISCOUNTED & FINAL-SALE ITEMS

Unless otherwise expressly stated, merchandise purchased on sale, with a promotional discount designated as final sale, or identified as FINAL SALE is not eligible for a general return, refund, or exchange for reasons such as:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Personal fit preference
• Color preference
• No longer needing or wanting the item

Final-sale status does not prevent a customer from contacting us when an item arrives materially damaged, materially defective, or incorrect due to an error by Palestinian Elegance.

Eligible claims involving final-sale merchandise must still be reported within 2 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

Any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

EXCHANGES

We do not generally offer exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect sizing selected by the customer unless otherwise expressly stated.

If Palestinian Elegance sends an incorrect item, size, or color, or an item is verified as materially damaged or defective, our preferred resolution is to replace the affected item or correct the order at no additional cost.

Replacement availability depends on inventory.

If an identical replacement is unavailable, Palestinian Elegance may provide an equivalent item or store credit. Store credit is our preferred alternative when a replacement cannot be provided.

REFUNDS

A report of damage, defect, sizing concern, or dissatisfaction does not automatically qualify an order for a refund.

Every claim is reviewed individually, and Palestinian Elegance reserves the right to determine the most appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.

Our preferred resolutions are:

• Replacement of the affected item
• Correction of the order
• Store credit

Store credit is our preferred monetary resolution whenever a replacement is unavailable or impractical.

Refunds are not routinely provided and will only be issued when required by applicable law or when Palestinian Elegance determines that no reasonable alternative resolution can be provided.

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times depend on the customer's bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Original shipping charges and expedited shipping services that have already been performed are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

RETURN SHIPPING & FEES

When a return results from a verified error by Palestinian Elegance, such as sending an incorrect item or a verified materially defective product, we will provide appropriate return instructions and cover reasonable return shipping associated with correcting our error.

For any discretionary return that Palestinian Elegance separately agrees to accept and that is not caused by our error, the customer may be responsible for:

• Return shipping
• Shipping charges for replacement merchandise
• Any clearly disclosed applicable restocking charge

Any applicable charges will be communicated as part of the return authorization process.

RETURN INSPECTION REQUIRED

When a return is authorized, the merchandise must be returned to Palestinian Elegance so that we can inspect the item and verify its condition and the reported issue before completing the applicable replacement, store-credit, exchange, or other approved resolution. Refunds, where applicable, will only be considered after the returned merchandise has been inspected and Palestinian Elegance determines that no other reasonable resolution is appropriate.

Customers should retain possession of the merchandise until return instructions are provided.

A customer generally may not retain both the merchandise and receive a full refund when returning the merchandise is reasonably required as part of resolving the claim, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed to by Palestinian Elegance.

Filing a payment dispute or chargeback does not itself substitute for complying with reasonable return procedures when merchandise must be returned to investigate or resolve the underlying claim.

PACKAGES MARKED DELIVERED BUT REPORTED MISSING

If carrier tracking shows an order as delivered but you cannot locate the package, please:

• Check the delivery location and surrounding area
• Check with household members
• Check with neighbors when appropriate
• Contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery information

Please contact Palestinian Elegance promptly if you still cannot locate the shipment.

We can provide available tracking information, shipment confirmation, and reasonable assistance with an eligible carrier investigation or claim.

Carrier tracking showing successful delivery will be considered as part of our investigation, along with any other available delivery evidence.

Each claim will be reviewed based on its individual circumstances and applicable law.

LOST OR SIGNIFICANTLY DELAYED SHIPMENTS

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.

Carrier disruptions, weather, holidays, customs processing, address issues, and other circumstances outside our direct control can affect delivery times.

If tracking indicates that a shipment has not been delivered and appears significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.

If the shipment is confirmed lost, Palestinian Elegance will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

Nothing in this section limits any shipping or cancellation rights provided by applicable law.

CUSTOMER-PROVIDED SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Please contact us immediately if you notice an address error.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed or redirected.

Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer may be subject to additional shipping costs before being resent.

We will handle address-related situations in accordance with applicable law and carrier procedures.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request cancellation.

We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing, customization, fulfillment, or shipment.

If an order has already shipped, the applicable return policy will apply.

Customized, altered, special-order, and final-sale merchandise may not be eligible for cancellation once work or processing has begun, except where required by applicable law.

• Order and payment records
• The customer's recorded policy acknowledgment
• Product descriptions and sizing information
• Shipping and tracking information
• Delivery confirmation
• Customer communications
• Photographs or documentation submitted regarding the claim
• Return authorization and return tracking information
• Evidence of replacements, refunds, store credit, or other resolutions offered or provided
